To strengthen our team we are looking for a committed professional to join us as soon as possible in the area oforder processing and import coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operational handling of international import processes including preparation review approval and management of all relevant import documents
• Determination of customs tariff numbers and compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable customs and foreign trade laws
• Monitoring delivery dates transport status and lead times
• Bottleneck tracking and proactive coordination with customers
• End-to-end processing and support of customer orders including communication with all stakeholders

from quotation phase through material procurement to invoicing
