Responsibilities : - Building a management and control system of departments from scratch : - Works of branches;- Sorting centers;- Courier delivery;- Transport management;- Selection and coordination of team work;- Active participation in automation and optimization of all business processes;- Prescribing the regulations of the company, the order of interaction between divisions;- Conducting meetings to build the process;- Setting goals and objectives in accordance with the completed kpi, development and implementation of kpi.- Optimizing the company's work and improving the analytics system;- Development of a task management system, budget management;- Optimization of internal processes of the department, prescription of optimal work algorithms in the company, identification of problems in work processes and their independent elimination;- Building and controlling communication between departments : planning, initiation, distribution of tasks by deadlines.- To achieve results and goals, to control the execution of tasks by executors on time;- Building dashboards for daily monitoring and management in real time;- Control and analysis of finances, logistics processes, staffing and transport; Requirements : - Successful experience of managing companies in the field of logistics from 4 years;- Effective team management (hiring, adaptation, training, development and motivation);- Experience in setting up company processes from scratch, availability of effective cases, willingness to provide them.- Mathematical, systemic thinking, the ability to conduct analytics and forecast the situation according to indicators.- Skills to improve efficiency based on Lean tools;- Entrepreneurial thinking.- Your actions must directly bring profit- The ability to quickly join the project, grasp the essence
