As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 1 You will lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities :
- Manage development projects, taking full ownership of budget, timeline, and quality.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Work across a diverse project portfolio, spanning a variety of industries (automotive, industrial, rail, medical).
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, development teams, sales, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to perform project cost calculations and planning.
- Prepare proposals and present them to clients in conjunction with the sales team.
- Utilize a range of project management methodologies, from traditional (waterfall) to agile (SCRUM).
Your Profile :
Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience in managing technical projects and motivating teams.Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2) is a plus.Experience with safety standards such as IEC 61508, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304 is desirable.Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership.Ability to contribute ideas and actively participate in shaping company goals.Fluency in written and spoken German and English.Why Join Us?
