Your mission
- Advising all employees and departments on compliance matters
- Preparation, further development and maintenance of our c orporate g overnance documents
- Identification and management of compliance risks
- Monitor ing regulatory and legal requirements that a ffect the organization
- Leading the development of compliance controls to ensure compliance with external and internal regulations
- Implementation of compliance awareness measures and trainings for all employees
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, particularly regarding the c ode of c onduct.
- Further development of the role in the direction of data protection is possible
- Close collaboration with Cofinity -X’s Legal Lead
Your profile
- First work experience in compliance management, regulatory affairs, or related field
- Proficiency in interpreting and applying relevant laws and regulations
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards , experience in ISO27001 desirable
- Knowledge of data protection law can be an advantage
- P roblem -solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication in English and German
