We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team! As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming customers and offering them assistance. Your duties as a Retail Sales Associate will also include operating cash registers, stocking shelves and preparing merchandise for display.

Tätigkeitsbereiche

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Ingolstadt Village at PHILIPP PLEIN. The Salesperson will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. With training and support from the team, the Salesperson will have the opportunity to develop their skills and grow within the company.

Qualifikationen

• A proven track record of success in sales and achieving targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer focus and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A passion for fashion and luxury products
• Proficiency in English and German
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
