A growing mixed-signal semiconductor company in Dresden are seeking a Head of Validation to join their team.
As the Head of Validation you will have several responsibilities that include :
- Plan and coordinate all post silicon validation, qualification and IC package design activities
- Take the lead on technical projects
- Recruitment of future colleagues
- Structuring and organisation of the team and lab environment
- Support with supply chain management
