Head of Validation

A growing mixed-signal semiconductor company in Dresden are seeking a Head of Validation to join their team.

As the Head of Validation you will have several responsibilities that include:

• Plan and coordinate all post silicon validation, qualification and IC package design activities
• Take the lead on technical projects
• Recruitment of future colleagues
• Structuring and organisation of the team and lab environment
• Support with supply chain management

To be considered for the Head of Validation vacancy you must have:

• 5-10 years of experience in a management/lead position (both of people and projects)
• Good knowledge of analog, mixed-signal and digital electronics, from early concept ideas to volume production.
• Experience with scripting/programming (ideally Python)
• Previous experience in validation and lab/test automation
• Previous experience in PCB debug, design, and development
• Previous experience in packaging and semiconductor supply chain management is highly advantageous
