To strengthen our Controlling Division team, we are looking for a Performance Controller (f / m / d) at our location in Düsseldorf or Berlin or S' Hertogenbosch. Aufgaben - Management Reporting : Responsible for the preparation of monthly management reports, including target / actual comparisons to track performance and identify deviations. - Data Analysis : Independent extraction of relevant data from various sources, ensuring validation, preparation, consolidation, and thorough analysis. - Results Presentation : Preparation and structured presentation of findings for decision-makers, supporting informed strategic decisions. - Ad Hoc Analysis : Handling of special inquiries and development of customized analyses to address emerging business needs. - Planning Support : Assisting in the planning process by providing data-driven insights and financial assessments. - Process & Tool Optimization : Conceptual development and continuous improvement of processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Profil - Education : Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on finance or controlling. - Professional Experience : Relevant experience in the field of finance or controlling, preferably gained in an international industrial company. - System Knowledge : Familiarity with S4 / Hana Group Reporting, AP SEM-BCS, SAP BW and SAP Analysis is an advantage. - Analytical Skills : Strong ability for analytical and conceptual thinking, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making. - Numerical & IT Affinity : High affinity for numbers and IT, ensuring precision in financial data analysis and system interactions. - Team Collaboration : Team player with excellent communication skills, fostering productive interactions in a dynamic work environment. - Language Skills : Excellent proficiency in both German and English, ensuring effective communication in an international setting.
