Head of Global Holding Netherlands (mfd) Executive REF90550T Hiring location in Maastricht (NL)

We are looking for a Head of Global Holding Netherlands (m/f/d) for our location in Maastricht (NL) with the following responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the organization and the activities of the Continental holdings in Maastricht (NL-holdings)
• Ensure compliance of the NL-holdings with all internal and external regulations
• Main NL-contact person for the Group functions in Hanover
• Support the Group functions with financing issues international projects and participate in M&A projects
• Oversee and coordinate the relation with all subsidiaries worldwide (corporate housekeeping dividend management capital measures )
• Integrate new companies into the group structure (establishments acquisitions mergers transfers of companies etc.)
• Implement Group Tax strategy in the NL-holdings
• Support Group Tax in Hannover with international tax issues
• Organize and supervise the NL-holdings as a financing turn-table for the Continental Group
• Contact with the Authorities and external advisors

Qualifications :

• Completed degree in law or business administration
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience within the Continental Group
• Proven leadership skills
• A good command of spoken and written English
• Good with figures accurate proactive team player and a hands-on mentality
• Solid knowledge and interest in corporate legal and finance matters
• Background in taxes is preferred but not required
• Good communication and social skills
• Enjoying international contacts
