YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing Finance team. This isn’t a back-office reporting role, you’ll be at the center of the action, building insights that directly shape strategy, guide investments, and accelerate Paessler’s growth worldwide

• Build financial models that don’t just crunch numbers, they tell the story behind the business
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning that fuel our next growth phase
• Create clear dashboards and reports for executives
• Track and interpret KPIs that spotlight opportunities and risks
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders to evaluate financial impact
• Drive scenario analysis, ROI calculations, and investment appraisals to guide decision-making
• Help implement modern tools and systems that elevate the Finance function
• Ensure our data is actionable

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in software or tech
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
• Hands-on experience with FP&A processes
• Analytical, detail-oriented
• Business intelligence skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools (Salesforce, Sage Intacct, or similar)
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and business models
