Your Role

As a Project Manager (m / f / d), you will be a crucial part of our product team and responsible for :

• Driving job board integration strategy : Identify expansion opportunities by integrating our ATS with additional job boards, facilitate communication with partners, and oversee implementation with developers.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders : Gather feedback from internal teams, prioritize enhancements, and bridge communication between stakeholders and developers.
• Evaluating and coordinating technical implementation : Analyze current processes, optimize workflows, and collaborate with developers and the infrastructure team to ensure correct implementation.
• There is never no time for great ideas. With your input, you will be part of the creative process in product development.

Your Profile

• In the past you have gained experience in product or project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• You are familiar with backend integrations and API-based workflows.
• Through your strong communication skills, you have the ability to effectively collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• You bring strong analytical skills focused on problem-solving and process improvement, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional team setting.
• Thanks to your proficient knowledge of English, you can communicate fluently with international colleagues. German would be a plus.
