The job
As part of the DAISY project, which focuses on driving transformation for biodiversity and equity, the work centers on analyzing EU-level policies. This includes studying decision-making processes and the networks that influence them. The goal is to evaluate their transformative potential and identify opportunities for systemic change.
The role involves supporting the team with the literature review, policy document analysis, and the interview process with various stakeholders. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary and international team from leading institutions and universities across Europe, working on the question how land-use in Europe can be transformed.
This position will support this process and help processing the relevant results and background information for the desired product.
Your tasks
- Conducting a literature review on transformative change
- Assisting with policy integration analysis other social scientific methods
- Analysing documents, as well as organising, transcribing and analysing interviews.
- Supporting the preparation of project reports and other documents
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team (with approximately two days per week in person in the Leipzig office
