your daily tasks
- Manage and Oversee Operations : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Value Added Services, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Leadership : Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Customer Focus : Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor services to meet or exceed their expectations.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies that align VAS offerings with overall business objectives, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
- Process Optimization : Analyze and optimize service delivery processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in managing projects or operation services.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and project coordination.
- Proficiency in using logistics and service management software tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align services with business goals.
- A customer-oriented approach with the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
- Languages : German B2 & English B2.
