Senior SuccessFactors Consultant (Remote in Germany)
Role Overview : As a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering end-to-end HR transformation projects using SAP SuccessFactors.
You will leverage your expertise in SuccessFactors modules to design, implement, and optimize solutions that align with clients' strategic HR objectives.
This role requires strong leadership abilities, deep technical knowledge, and exceptional consulting skills to guide clients through their digital HR journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors solutions, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their HR processes and challenges, and provide expert guidance on best practices and solution architecture.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to transfer knowledge and ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SuccessFactors and broader HR technology landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Extensive experience (3+ years) implementing SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, etc.
in a consulting capacity.
- Proven ability to lead or partially lead large-scale SuccessFactors projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they can be optimized using SuccessFactors.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and build strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
