• Project work - development phase Supports the business developer during the development phase to create a competitive solution for Gas and Chemical distribution systems including collection of offers from potential construction contractors Works out a winning project strategy in all aspects : project risk register, Capex planning, technical integrity, timeline Ensures local rules and regulations are met Ensures the technical integrity of the proposal and consistency between the commercial offer and the input from various Air Liquide stakeholders and contractors Project work - execution phase Defines the project objectives, execution strategy, KPIs and documentation (technical solution, planning, scope.
