Are you looking for a new challenge in an international environment and are you passionate about people? Then don't wait to apply. We are looking for you to support our HR team in Hamburg for 20 hours / week. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition & Learning Business Partner to ensure finding the right talents for our company.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Support the TA & Learning Business Partner in day-to-day recruitment and learning activities
  • Be highly influential : Pre-selection of new applications in close cooperation with the TA team and Hiring Managers
  • Show commitment : Support in the coordination of interviews, communication with applicants and follow-up of interviews. Be the point of contact between the Shared Service Center for Learning and the participants
  • Be international : Support with the creation of (bi-lingual) contracts, the follow-up documents and the HR onboarding process
  • Create a network : Support in acquiring potential candidates via social media such as Linkedin and Xing

Your qualifications :

  • Ongoing business studies in the field of economics or psychology.
  • Ideally first experience in human resources and recruitment.
  • Confidence in using common MS Office applications.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Independent and solution-oriented work style as well as very good communication skills.
