The HR Business Partner d / f / m is at theheart of our German HR Team. The Role provides support toassociates, manager and several cross functions.

This position is part of the HRDepartment in Germany, located in Nussloch, and will be an onsiterole. It is a temporary role to cover maternity leave,with a duration of 12 months and can befilled   eitherfull-time (35 hours per week) or part-time (30 hours perweek).

Inthis role, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Individual consulting formanagers and employees
  • Local management ofglobal HR processes
  • Optimization andstandardization of HR processes, process control, and monitoringthrough key performance indicators
  • Taking ontasks in time tracking (ATOSS)
  • Supporting theHR Generalist in preparatory payrollactivities

Theessential requirements of the job include :

  • Gooduniversity or university of applied sciences degree and 2 years ofrelevant professional experience
  • Excellentknowledge of Excel, experience with HR information systems, ideallywith SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, ATOSS
  • Verygood German and English skills
  • Solid knowledgeof labor law, ideally good knowledge of the Collective Agreementfor the Metal Industry, includingERA
  • Independent and careful workingstyle
