Responsibilities
Become part of one of the Top 3 Software Companies in Europe and join TeamViewer as an Intern (all genders) supporting both our Sports and Event teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves getting into the detail, keeping things organized, and helping bring standout experiences to life.
You’ll work across multiple projects, supporting end-to-end coordination and administration, helping ensure everything runs smoothly for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support the coordination and delivery of sports partnership activities and events, helping the team meet key targets and deliverables.
- Manage sports ticketing requests (internal and external), ensuring a seamless and well-documented experience for all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers for allocations, confirmations, and reporting.
- Assist with planning and managing event logistics, with guidance from your manager.
- Help source venues, coordinate suppliers, and support contract/admin processes with external partners.
- Provide strong day-to-day administrative support to the Event Manager and wider team (e.g., tax lists, merchandise distribution, internal comms, scheduling).
- Support budget/PO tracking and general coordination tasks.
- Assist in analysing sports and event data including CRM insights, customer feedback, and online performance.
- Contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting with clean, accurate inputs and summaries.
- Support brand and marketing tasks linked to sports and events (e.g., community engagement, brand visibility, event comms, asset coordination).
- Help ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Marketing, Sponsorship, Events, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (German or additional languages are a plus).
- Some experience in events, marketing, or sponsorship (internships, student projects, coursework, volunteering) is ideal.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, you like getting things right and keeping order in fast-moving projects.
- Strong admin skills and confidence juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders and communicating clearly at all levels.
- Experience with Monday.com is a strong plus.
- This internship should be a mandatory part of your studies, at least for 6 months.
- You should have a valid German work permit.

- Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
