Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung der Customer Success Manager
  • innen bei der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, um eine hohe Zufriedenheit und Bindung sicherzustellen.
  • Analyse von Kundenfeedback zur Identifizierung von Trends und Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung von Strukturen und Prozessen der Abteilung
  • Nutzung analytischer Fähigkeiten zur Erstellung von Customer Success-Berichten, Präsentationen und Dokumentationen zur Verfolgung von Leistungskennzahlen.
  • Teilnahme an Teammeetings und Einbringung kreativer Ideen und Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung.
  • Einführung in CRM-, BI-Tools und weiterer relevanter Software.

Requirements

  • Eingeschriebener Student (alle Geschlechter) an einer Universität oder Hochschule in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Informationstechnologie, Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und mehrere Aufgaben effektiv zu managen.
