Administrator Business Support Medical Safety and Pharmacovigilance

Your main responsibilities are :

• Provide general support of the Medical Safety and Pharmacovigilance department in completing various administrative tasks
• First point of contact for administrative support in daily business, such as IT and HR requests as well as project-related tasks
• Organization of virtual and on-site meetings and workshops across time zones
• Scheduling for senior executives (Vice President and Senior Director level)
• Organization and documentation of internal and external trainings
• Management of access rights
• Onboarding and welcoming of new employees
• Support with travel planning and expenses

What you have to offer :

• Commercial training or an equivalent professional qualification
• First professional experience in the administrative field, ideally in a fast-paced dynamic professional environment. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Team and communication skills & organisational talent
• Experience in using MS Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task with a willingness to perform a wide range of tasks including working with confidential information.
• Basic German language and fluent English skills are required, additional foreign language skills desirable
• Pioneering spirit and flexibility
