We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedData Protection Expertto ensure the data protection and compliance with respective laws as well as internal rules & regulations to foster sustainable and compliant business activities.

A job that matters: your tasks

• Executing technical and legal support for the respective departments in the (further) development of data protection-compliant products and solutions
• Acting as first point of contact for departments and functions
• Providing legal opinions and advice on data protection laws in Europe and globally including labor law
• Supporting the implementation of privacy by design and privacy by default principles
• Ensuring effective and data protection compliant contractual relationships with the selected processors of personal data
• Consulting the business in terms of creating and updating data privacy related contracts and policies
• Supporting the operational departments with specific data protection related know-how
• Conducting risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities in the data protection organization and advise on compliance with legal requirements
• Maintaining/further develop of the regulations on data protection organization and data protection management system.

An experience that matters: your skills

• Certified Data Protection Officer Lawyer or comparable
• 2 years of experience as data protection officer or as DP consultant preferably in an international company
• Solid knowledge on Art. 25 proven by relevant certifications
• Contractual (Art. 28)/ legal support
• Development of risk treatment plans
• English and German skills sufficient for verbal and written business communication
• Collaborative and disciplined person effective communicator.
