In order to support our Enterprise Architecture & Project Manager team Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an

Enterprise Architect (d / f / m)

A vacancy for an Enterprise Architect has arisen in Taufkirchen in Germany. The successful applicant will join the Architecture Strategy & Programs that is part of the Architecture Management & Transformation of the Digital Function of Airbus Defence and Space.

You will be part of an Enterprise Architecture & Project Manager team that develops the Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Roadmaps and defines the required governance in terms of policies directives and methods as well as architecture building blocks technology standards and Master Plans for the Architecture Management unit of the Digital addition you will be working with business functions not only to elicit and understand the business considerations to conceptualized information system solutions but also to provide Enterprise Architecture consultancy. Last but not least you will collaborate with process owners and Digital business partners to identify inefficiencies in our as-is enterprise architecture and define the to-be enterprise architecture in order to derive and prepare strategic Digital initiatives.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Analyse the company strategy and defines the fit for purpose enterprise architecture for infrastructure cloud and data integration. Applying newest methods and technologies like zero trust network (restricted) cloud architecture and end 2 end data integration on user and machine level.
• Define Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines considering newest methods and technologies.
• Consult peer and management level and defines the enterprise architecture roadmap for infrastructure and cloud related subjects.
