Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Channel clients.Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our energy storage solutions through proposals and presentations.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and service teams, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the energy storage market.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of Sales experience, more than 3 years of successful experience in sales channel construction, management, operation and maintenance of inverter, energy storage, optical storage system products.
- Have certain local distribution channel resources (TOP10 customers), familiar with the policies and planning, demand situation, competitive situation of major inverter, energy storage, optical storage system markets, and have a clear idea of channel system development and successful practical experience.
- Strong local market development and management ability, strong business negotiation ability.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good observation ability, good team spirit and good professional quality.
- Proficiency and use of German and English to start business communication with customers.
