About your tasks :

  • You analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and new assortments as well as to optimize performance and react to current developments
  • You are responsible for onsite pricing and collaborate with marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions
  • You work closely with internal teams (e.g. Procurement Controlling Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes
  • You work with the team on crossfunctional projects to improve category structures processes and merchandising strategies

Qualifications : About you :

  • You have (first) experiences in Category Management or similar roles preferably in ECommerce or for healthrelated products
  • You enjoy working very datadriven and have good analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data financial metrics and market trends
  • You have a customerfocused mindset and feel comfortable in dynamic environments having the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • You are fluent in Italian and English
  • We are looking for new team members living in or around Cologne or Berlin . You can work remotely a lot if you like but are able and willing to meet with your team several days a month
