Context :
The project focuses on maintaining and optimizing the SAP RE-FX system for commercial real estate management. The consultant will support the client's real estate and facility management teams through methodical guidance and technical expertise.
Services Required :
- Methodical support and advice on commercial real estate management using SAP RE-FX.
- Analysis of existing business processes and development of process improvements.
- Implementation of technical components using SAP development tools (ABAP, OO, etc.).
- Conducting requirements workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
- Documentation of business processes and customizing settings in the SAP systems.

- Location : Frankfurt am Main
- Service Provision : Hybrid model (both on-site and remote as necessary).
Technical Requirements :
- Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with SAP RE-FX and related technologies.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and design.
- Skills :
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP and understanding of flexible real estate management.
- Familiarity with operational processes in commercial real estate.
- Ability to use SAP development tools, including ABAP Workbench and dialog programming.
- Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jira).
