We are seeking a German-speaking Onboarding Account Manager to join an international team specializing in digital marketing and online advertising solutions .

In this role you will support new business clients during their onboarding journey helping them design implement and optimize data-driven campaigns that enhance brand visibility and performance across digital platforms.

The position combines strategic consulting relationship management and technical onboarding offering an excellent opportunity to develop within a fast-paced innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and onboard new business clients ensuring smooth adoption of digital advertising tools.
• Understand client objectives and design tailored marketing strategies to meet their goals.
• Provide consultative guidance on campaign structure optimization and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers across the DACH market.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Utilize analytics and AI insights to drive campaign performance and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all client information is accurately managed and documented in CRM systems.

Base salary : 24310
