We are looking for Senior IT Service Expert (Tenant) (m / f / d) (unlimited, full-time)

flexible working conditions available. Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden, and Verl.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leading and driving service excellence across incident management, access control, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery by maintaining structured documentation and supporting strategic initiatives across the tenant environment.
• Optimizing IT service processes, maintain a structured CMDB, and analyze service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding service performance, ensuring alignment between technology and business needs.
• Coordinating the Riverty tenant setup, working closely with internal teams and external providers like Microsoft to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Supervising applications and monitoring data flows to ensure uninterrupted critical business operations.
