Are you eager to work on exciting projects with cutting-edge technology and take on diverse tasks as part of a stable, collaborative team? Then you’ve come to the right place! To expand our Automation team at the Einbeck site of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA , we are looking for a committed Electronics Technician – Automation to join us as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and servicing our systems to ensure the smooth operation of seed production and the research station. This full-time position is permanent .

Your Tasks – Challenge Meets Responsibility :

Programming and servicing of automation technology
Maintenance, servicing and development of process control systems (incl. creation of classes and libraries)
Development and programming of PLC software for machinery and equipment, including associated visualization
Commissioning of automation projects
Support in the construction of new production facilities and buildings
Design and evaluation of test setups for new automation technologies and their productive use
Close coordination with other departments and project stakeholders (clients and technical planners)
Participation in on-call duty according to the duty schedule

Your Profile – Expertise Meets Personality :

Successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician for automation technology, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification

Solid experience in PLC programming

Confident handling of automation and visualization software (e.g., Siemens Simatic)

Excellent team and communication skills

Analytical thinking, initiative, and a structured, independent working style

Strong team spirit, communication strength, and high service orientation

Fluent in German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage
