Our Account Managers empower customers to reach their full potential by delivering tailored strategies that perfectly align with their companys unique needs. These customercentric services enable businesses worldwide to adopt Automation and AI seamlessly ensuring a smooth transition that drives efficiency fosters innovation and accelerates growth.

Tasks

  • Sales of automation solutions based on the platforms n8n Make and Zapier
  • Designing solution architectures in collaboration with our technical team
  • New customer acquisition and expansion of our client network in the field of automation
  • Relationship Management : Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships through ongoing consulting and support
  • Conducting workshops and presentations to showcase our automation solutions
  • Market observation and trend analysis to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Working at the intersection of business and IT : Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into tailored solution architectures
  • Indepth knowledge of platforms such as n8n Make Zapier and Power Automate
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High customer orientation and enthusiasm for building longterm business relationships
  • Interest in current trends and developments in IT and automation
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory
