This SaaS based solution offers business and fiduciary accounts along with VISA payment cards, enabling welfare institutions to streamline expense management, custodial funds, and accounting automation.

Role Overview :

As the Head of Engineering, you’ll lead the technical direction and development of their platform. You’ll guide architectural decisions, oversee third-party integrations, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver a cutting-edge FinTech solution. This is a unique greenfield opportunity to build a platform from scratch and shape the future of payment services in the welfare sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the technical direction and end to end development of their core platform
• Oversee architectural design, ensuring scalability and security
• Integrate third-party services and payment systems
• Build and manage a top-tier engineering team
• Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to drive innovation
