Senior Consultant – Automotive (mfd)

• Act as a trusted advisor for automotive clients leveraging strong client access and relationship management to grow and strengthen accounts
• Proactively drive outreach activities and support business growth by opening doors to new opportunities or empowering existing accounts
• Provide strategic and technical consulting across business technology and delivery-related topics
• Work closely with senior management and key decision-makers on the client side to shape initiatives and drive transformation
• Collaborate with Nagarro Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and practice teams to develop position and enable tailored offerings
• Contribute to RFPs proposals and pre-sales activities within the automotive domain
• Lead and support project execution ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations
• Design and drive scalable efficient and innovative solutions that create measurable client impact

Qualifications :

• 10 years of professional experience within the German automotive industry (commercial vehicles - Truck & Bus)
• Strong consulting background with proven experience in business technology or delivery consulting
• Well-connected profile with demonstrated ability to build grow and leverage senior client relationships
• Proven outreach capability and strong commercial mindset
• Expertise in at least one automotive domain (e.g. digital product/platform development transformation programs or comparable areas)
• Strategic thinker with a strong delivery orientation and hands-on mindset
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English skills
• Based in Munich Germany
