Job Description
Your tasks include the following responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Developing and implementing the overall strategy for radar-based ADAS software solutions, aligning with company goals and industry trends
- Technical Leadership : Leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced radar software, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Organizational Setup : Building and structuring the software development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement for our radar products
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Mentoring and developing team members
The position can be staffed in different locations within Germany.
