Senior Corporate Officer – Good Communication, Dynamic Team

Our partner is a fiduciary created more than 10 years ago and is looking for a Senior Corporate Officer in the framework of its development.

This fiduciary is well known on the market for its quality of the services delivered, more particularly in terms of accounting, tax, corporate governance and compliance. You will join a structure of 20 employees, but you will work in a small team who will be happy to welcome you and teach you what they know.

This structure is very modern because the managers care about the professional image of the company on the market. That is why you will work in a pleasant environment where you will feel at ease. You will be working in a stable teamthat appreciates the well-being in this fiduciary, for example thanks to the flexible working hours, weekly homeworking and 30 days off that are offered. In addition, overtime remains quite limited.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – PSF – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate

You will treat your portfolio from the incorporation to liquidation including organizing board meetings, opening the bank accounts, publishing the annual accounts on the registers and more.
You will work on a client portfolio mainly composed of SOPARFIs and SPV.
Thanks to your experience, you may be asked to answer junior officers’ questions, giving you the opportunity to share your acquired knowledge with the next generation.
You will be the contact person between notaries, banks, tax and legal advisors.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – PSF – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment like a PSF or fiduciary in Luxembourg.

You have a good level of English and French . German will be an additional advantage.

You are familiar with regulated and non-regulated structures.

You can demonstrate a certain stability in your career path, as the fiduciary cares about investing long-term in its employees and they want their team members to have the same vision.

From a salary point of view, you can benefit from a salary of up to 78,000€ per year .

You will not work in an open-space so you can be more concentrated in handling your tasks.

You will have 30 holidays off to allow you to make bigger plans and travel.
