Second Engineer

Short description

We are seeking for experienced 2nd Engineer with a strong background in dredging to join one of our biggest dredging clients.

This role specifically involves working as 2nd Engineer onboard challenging Trailing Suction Cutter Dredgers.

Function description

As a 2nd Engineer you will oversee the maintenance and repairs of the TSHD in dry dock, assisting the Chief Engineer with inspections, machinery overhauls, and system upgrades to ensure optimal vessel performance.

Requirements

• Certificate of Competency of Engineer
• Seaman's book
• Valid Maritime Approval
• Valid STCW training
• Fluent in verbal and written English language
• Proven experience as Engineer on board various Dredgers
