The candidate will be in charge of the budget targets in the reference area, client portfolio management and the development of new business opportunities for artificial vision systems.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Identifying new potential accounts and target industries for the company's products and technologies (through sourcing, cold calling, qualifying initial clients, identifying potential users)
- Supporting and growing existing customers on site / from remote
- Preparing proposal and negotiation of new contracts
- Qualifying and managing sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and full customer satisfaction
- Participating and visiting customers and trade fairs
- Entering and managing data through the company's proprietary CRM
Experience & Requirements
BA / BS or Engineering DegreeDriving licenseExperience in a technical sales role at least of 3 yearsAn excellent knowledge of German language (at leat at C1 level, both written and oral)Analytical Problem-Solving & Decision Making – able to research, analyze, identify viable options, draw sound conclusions, and make appropriate recommendationsResults Orientated – Proven ability to set and exceed sales targets, develop new business and manage account relationshipsCustomer Service & Relationship Management – ability to provide a high level of service to customer base / market, building relationships and a referral network within a territoryStrong work ethic and a team playerPositive, resilient and able to adapt quickly and easily in an ever-changing environmentAvailability for approximately 50% travel within Germany, primarily covering postal code regions 2–5Motivated and energeticFast learner and CommittedBenefits :
