We are looking to hire a passionate (Field) Service Engineer (f / m / d). You will become a member of the Field Service team, servicing our Molecular Cartography™ platforms at Resolve’s Labs as well as customer sites.

The role is based in the company’s headquarters in Monheim am Rhein, Germany.

Your Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on our Molecular Cartography™ platforms.
• Installation and relocations of our Molecular Cartography ™ platforms.
• Document activities, create service reports as required.
• Coordinate service activities with site personnel, as needed.
• Provide technical remote and phone support to customers.
• Train others to perform servicing activities on our Molecular Cartography ™ platforms.
• Generate service instruction documentation.
• Propose design changes to improve reliability, serviceability, and the customer experience.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
