Coral Club Europe is looking for a Recruiter to join our amazing and creative team in Germany. What You Will Do:

Full cycle of recruitment process for Germany and other European countries:

• Interaction with the Hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Candidate sourcing and screening
• Utilizing various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract potential candidates
• Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews (offline, zoom), compiling a "long & short list" of candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Evaluation of candidates based on the results of the interview, providing feedback to the managers
• Onboarding, adaptation programs
• Preparation of the employment and contract documentation package

What are we looking for?

• At least 1 years of experience in recruitment in agency or In-House

• Fluent English & German languages, knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian will be as a plus

• Strong knowledge of social media channels and job platforms such as LinkedIn, local platforms in European countries

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• A proactive and self-organized attitude to getting things done

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing focus
