Head of Project Development (German Renewable Energy Market)

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for renewable energy? Our partner is seeking a Head of Project Development to spearhead exciting initiatives within the German renewable energy sector. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the full-cycle development of photovoltaic (PV), BESS and wind projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the development of large-scale PV and wind projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Navigate regulatory frameworks and secure necessary permits and approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including governmental bodies, investors, and community partners.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering renewable energy projects in Germany.
  • In-depth knowledge of the German renewable energy market and regulatory landscape.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English.
