StellenbeschreibungCompleted training in a metalworking profession (minimum) Preferably Master craftsman or technician qualification At least 3 years experience in measurement technology, quality management, and quality assurance Experience with turning and milling is a plus Advanced SAP / R3 skills Strong understanding of complex technical drawings with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) Confident use of various testing and measuring tools Familiarity with 3D measuring equipment (optical and tactile) is desirable High sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent Good communication and teamwork skills Position subject to export control regulations Workstation includes screen / display usage (G37)

This opportunity is on a contract basis (12 months).
Your Responsibilities :
- Conduct defined quality inspections up to product delivery
- Measure and evaluate engine, valve components, and ALM parts using 3D measuring machines
- Use various test and measuring instruments confidently (e.g., surface roughness, contour measuring devices)
- Identify, document, and certify product deviations and conformity according to design documents
- Create detailed quality reports
- Perform measurements using optical 2D and 3D testing methods
- Collaborate closely with production and design departments
