Your role

As a working student in our DDIT R&D Project & Portfolio organization, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working and contributing to IT R&D projects.

Your responsibilities will include support tasks within the team, such as creating communication materials (e.g., newsletters, custom emails) and assets. You will undertake graphic design tasks for both print and digital media, including logo development, poster designs, flyer and landing page creation, and photo editing using Photoshop.

Additionally, you will research topics related to projects and tools, record and edit videos, and assist in creating presentations and surveys. You will manage content on our systems, assist with design setups, and engage in other project-related activities tailored to your interests. For instance, you might develop dashboards to visualize our project portfolio, analyze project-related data, and regularly maintain the quality of our project metadata.

Who you are :

  • Proactive and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Skilled in recording, producing, and editing video content.
  • Enthusiastic about HTML programming.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent (C1) in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Reliable, technologically inclined, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work onsite in Darmstadt.
  • Currently enrolled in a university program (active student status).
