Architect Licence Manager (all gender)

YOU

• are reponsible for the management of licence administration for all internal tools including activation renewal and allocation across the organization
• provide end-user support for licence-related questions troubleshooting access issues and ensuring correct tool usage
• coordinate cross-department workflows to align tool ownership cost centers licence usage and user access requirements
• maintain accurate licence tracking dashboards / maps ensuring up-to-date visibility of available assigned and expiring licences
• monitor compliance and audit readiness ensuring all tools and systems meet internal policies and vendor licensing rules
