As Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how teams operate across a rapidly scaling business. Working closely with commercial, technical and data specialists, you’ll define and deliver a roadmap that enhances productivity, improves internal workflows and unlocks meaningful growth. From refining everyday processes to building automation and AI-supported capabilities, you’ll guide projects end-to-end - from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization.

• Technically competent with proven experience as a Product Manage where you’ve tackled complex, ambiguous problems
• Strong first-principles thinking - comfortable challenging assumptions and redesigning processes from the ground up
• A sharp commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise high-impact initiatives and make clear trade-offs
• Proven track record of driving delivery across multiple projects and stakeholder groups
• Curiosity and persistence when getting to the root cause of issues, breaking them into solvable components
• A collaborative team player able to influence, communicate clearly and build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical functions
• Experience working with data, user-centric design or workflow optimisation is beneficial
• A genuine motivation to help innovative teams scale efficiently and effectively
