Under the direction ofthe Franchise Head, GSA Transplant, this individual will play arole in pre-launch planning and engagement activities, developingand implementing customer-focused plans for the Transplant Centerswithin scope, and is also responsible for achieving defined salestargets upon Product Launch. Main responsibilities : DuringPre-Launch (Q4 2024-Q3 2025) : Identifies key stakeholders in eachof the Transplant Centers within scope and develops an appropriateengagement plan aligned to their needs Conducts in-depth profilingof key Hematologist-Oncologists involved in chronic Graft-vs-HostDisease Management (cGvHD) Develops customer-focused plans alignedto the brand strategy Builds Sanofi image / reputation in theTransplantation field Orchestrates the unbranded campaign,leveraging Sanofi channels to raise awareness for better managementof prevention, implementation of treatment and monitoring oftransplant patients in geographical area Strengthens mastery ofdisease and product through HCP engagements in key congresses andscientific meetings Develops a valuable relationship withhealthcare professionals based on quality medical information andan ethical approach in compliance with the regulatory frameworkParticipates in local and international internal and externalmeetings as required During Launch (Q4 2025 onwards) : Responsiblefor the sales goals and qualitative performance parameters in theassigned area Develops and implements commercial, customer-focusedprojects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our keycustomers In close collaboration with Medical, Customer Engagementand other relevant functions, identifies, plans and executesprojects aligned to the brand strategy Organizes local symposia andworkshops with the key customers (HCPs, Nurses, Transplant Centerstakeholders) Participates in local, national and internationalmeetings and symposia Ensures compliance within all activities tomaintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conductin line with our values. Consistently ensures operating inaccordance with Sanofi’s Code of conduct and all applicable locallaws and regulations. About you 5+ years of qualified workexperience as commercial representative in a specialty care area(i.e. hematology, oncology, transplant, immunology). Specificknowledge and network in Transplantation, or Hematology-Oncology,especially with regard to key customers Demonstrated marketing,project management and digital competencies, experience in keyaccount management including account plans Strong drive to deliverresults while working collaboratively with a cross-functional team.Can work autonomously, learn fast, and work in an agile mannerWillingness to travel (min. 80% customer facing activities), Validdriver’s license Demonstrates problem-solving skills, analyticalmindset, adaptability, strong organisation skills, able and willingto work in a team Strong communication skills, ability to buildtrusted relationships with external stakeholders (HCPs)Education / valid certificate according to §75 AMG(Arzneimittelgesetz), such as University Degree in Medicine,Pharmacy, Biology or similar (Pharmaberater : in) Fluency in bothverbal and written English and German As an organization, we changethe practice of medicine; reinvent the way we work; and enablepeople to be their best versions in career and life.
