What you will do :

  • Design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
  • Train and develop team to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower in the technology and mitigate delivery risks
  • Continuously upskill with cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards
  • Leverage domain / tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals

What we are looking for :

  • 10+ years of experience in SharePoint development
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform – Power Apps, Automate, Copilot Studio
  • Strong skills in Power Platform and SharePoint architecture
  • Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale solutions
  • Ability to train and develop teams
  • Expertise in delivering solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards
  • Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and security best practices
  • Ability to craft technology strategies aligned with business goals
