Team mission

Supply Marketing bridges Sales, Supply, Product, and Supplier Experience at GetYourGuide. We define, execute, and measure marketing tactics that add value to prospective and existing suppliers, underpin our supplier brand values, and ultimately support supply-facing teams in reaching their objectives more effectively and efficiently. We design, negotiate, and implement marketing solutions that add value to our suppliers while helping us increase our brand awareness and consideration.

We are looking for a strategic leader to align our full-funnel B2B Marketing, Communication, and Account Management verticals in order to drive optimization and key activity acquisition. The role is based in Berlin and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

You will :

• Oversee a full-funnel marketing strategy based on the supplier journey; work with other departments to align on KPIs that address each part of the funnel.
• Lead the Supply Marketing Team, which consists of a dedicated group of Performance Marketing, Brand and Product Marketing and Account Management professionals, as well as a dotted line to our Supplier Comms Lead.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders in the Sales, Supply and Product teams to achieve mutual goals for our top attractions and suppliers.
• Develop a deep understanding about the activity operator landscape; define impactful go-to-market strategies based on suppliers' needs and behaviors.
• Report monthly progress to our Executive team.
