Food Scientist Intern (f / m / d)

As a Food Scientist Intern youll contribute to enhancing our ChoViva flavor optimization and assist with ingredient preparation and prototype development.

A Taste of What to Expect

• You will support in product development efforts of the current ChoViva products process and recipes
• Plan and carry our test productions including raw material preparation
• Conduct food science analyses using tools such as rheometers texture analyzers and sensory evaluation methods
• Document new recipes and create product prototypes in collaboration with the Sales team
• Assist with daily operational tasks including packing and shipping prototypes to clients

NB : This internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university and should last 6 months.
