Are you interested in working as a Site Manager for High Voltage Substations in a challenging project for a multinational leader in technology and engineering , with a strong presence in the energy sector?

At Oxigent Technologies , we are looking for a Site Manager to supervise the construction of a high voltage substation in Wachow, Nauen (Germany)

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of electromechanical works in a high voltage substation (excluding power transformers).
  • Ensure compliance with project controls and proper management of the execution schedule.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and minimize risks during project execution.
  • Manage interfaces between different work teams and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Supervise quality and regulatory compliance at all project stages.
  • Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) aspects .
  • Review key contractor documentation to ensure contract compliance.

What do you need?

  • Degree in Engineering or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor for High Voltage Substations .
  • Knowledge of international electrical regulations .
  • Experience with FAT / SAT documentation .
  • Native German / B2+ English .

  • Duration : 8 months (with a possible extension depending on project needs).
  • Location : On-site in Wachow, Nauen (Germany)
  • Availability : Full-time (40h / week). Flexible schedule.
  • Rate : €80 / hour (negotiable).
  • Conditions : The professional must have their own vehicle and manage their own travel expenses and work tools .
