- This role helps to support the company’s sales and revenue objectives by delivering reliable and cost-efficient supply chain operations through-out the cluster. You will work collaboratively with Central Supply Chain Functions and Market organization on all supply related topics including Logistics, Stock Management, Master Data and you will be responsible for maintaining effective 3PL relationships and ensure cost effective Service Level target;

Being part of Cluster SC leadership team in charge of SC Operations activities including :Product / Customer Master Data;Stock availability and Inventory alignment in Perrigo system-3PL;Periodic Stock count;3PL management including costs (warehousing + freights)Co-packing activitiesCost saving initiativesExternal reporting requirements to support SC operations (GS1 data pools, recycling systems, intrastat, etc.)Lead SC&Ops team and ensure standardization of processes across all the marketsDefine monthly / weekly / daily SC routines like for example :Weekly OOS projection and root cause shared with the commercial organizationWeekly control of batch received and not released yetMonthly 3PL cost controlling accordingly to the SLA with focus on storage, handling, transport, co-packing, etc..Implementation of best practices built by CoE across all the marketsResponsible for Opex Distribution Costs & Freight-out Costs– preparing budget and assumptions + monthly actual costs tracking and FY projectionBeing the primary contact person into the Cluster for Stock Projection, Stock Availability, OOS issuesErfahrung erforderlich
This role requires the following experience(preferably from Consumer Self-Care, FMCG industry)
5+ years experience in Demand Planning10+ years experience in Supply ChainExperience in people managementFluency in German and EnglishMaster’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering or a related fieldProficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, ERP, SAP IBP
