Institutional Client Service Manager
Bruin are partnering with a well-established US investment management house. As they continue their expansion into Europe, they are now seeking an Institutional Client Services Manager to join their team in Frankfurt on a permanent basis.
Facing off to key strategic clients, the Institutional Client Services Manager will take responsibility for the following duties :
- Be the main interface between external clients and internal departments
- Partnering with internal teams to answer queries from clients, advisors and the KVG
- Lead the client meeting cycle, attend and host meetings, and prepare the meeting notes
- Organise and host operational due diligence meetings
- Building strong and trusted relationships with the KVG entities in the region
- Coordinate client communications and client reporting
- Working with the RFP team to deliver DDQs to clients
- Partner with the other teams globally to support the onboarding of new clients
- Identifying opportunities for new projects by assessing the current environment and future business needs
- Making recommendations that contribute towards evolving business priorities
The Institutional Client Services Manager will meet the following criteria :
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with the KVG structure
- Experience working with client services, sales support, account management or relationship management within institutional investment management
- Client mind-set
- Fluency in both German and English (native / bilingual level)
