Your Role

This function offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS' key group programs and to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that define the way how ZEISS will work for years to come Together with the Senior Manager of your stream, you will...

take on a moderating role, understanding and mastering the individual processes, in order to moderate between the ZEISS functions and process experts in a goal-oriented manner

steer and orchestrate necessary external consulting support within your workstream

exchange information with your fellow workstream teams to ensure best practice sharing and integration into related processes and report your results to the overall program management

own the alignment of your workstream progress with the senior manager of your stream, ensure planning, implementation and improvement measures of your workstream and thus make a significant contribution to the overall project success

take responsibility to achieve the best solution for ZEISS, balancing individual functional and segment needs by contributing to the Engineer-to-Order-Workstream

Your Profile

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar field of study

Proven experience driving projects in the area of business process excellence or in a similar performance improvement related environment

Experience with SAP ERP transformation projects

Knowledge of the Engineer-to-Order process for tailored product business

Results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with strong change communications skills to develop and successfully implement strategic plans

A strong change management perspective

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
