Responsibilities At Aroundhome, we’re on the lookout for a talented Salesforce Architect with a hands-on mentality to join our growing team.

Review & Optimize Salesforce Architecture : You’ll dive deep into Aroundhome’s existing Salesforce setup, identifying areas for improvement and creating a roadmap for architectural enhancements that will scale with our business needs Hands-on Implementation : This is not just a strategic role you’ll be actively involved in the hands-on implementation of the changes you recommend.
Whether it’s a deep system change or a process (re-)configuration, you’ll ensure that our Salesforce flows are optimized and fully aligned with our goals Support the Sales Team : You’ll work closely with our Sales department to help them become more transparent and efficient by : Identifying manual or outdated sales processes and helping automate them, or integrating them more seamlessly into Salesforce Defining and raising the right metrics and performance indicators to enable better, data-driven decision-making Seamlessly connecting Salesforce functionality with our existing backend architecture and 3rd-party tools Skills You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning & Salesforce App Platform and a proven track record of process improvements and automation You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related fields You’ve helped digitizing a Sales department by optimizing and automating processes inside Salesforce and improving the overall Salesforce architecture & experience You are an expert in Salesforce’s ecosystem, architecture and best practices, ideally backed by certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, Platform App Builder, or Advanced Administrator You bring experience in software development and ideally, you have worked with APEX, Salesforce-related APIs & libraries, and SOQL & SOSL before In addition to your technical skills, you have strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English, with German being a valuable bonus What we offer Hybrid Work / / Stay flexible : Decide freely, whether you want to work from our office in Berlin, from home throughout Germany, or fully remote from Portugal.
